Quiche originated from France and is an open-faced egg pie baked in a 9 inch pan, sliced as a single serving with a side of salad. Well remove that image from your head because that is not what we sell. Our quiches consist of dairy, poultry, veggies and carbs, hence the meal in two bites deal.
We are based out of San Francisco and have the advantage of purchasing our produce at farmer’s markets any day of the week. Our meat is bought from local Italian and Mexican butcher shops, we carefully beat our free-range eggs and ensure our home made pie crust cannot be found in the freezer section of your grocery store.
